Instructions for first time users:

Some of our services require that you set up your browser's cache to update with each visit to our pages. To do this, please do the following:

Netscape Internet Explorer 5+
1. Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
2. Select Advanced (if there is an arrow or a "+" by this option, click it to reveal more choices).
3. Select Cache.
4. Select Always next to Page in cache is compared to page on network.
5. Click OK.
1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
2. Click on the General tab.
3. Click on Settings under Temporary Internet Files.
4. Select Every visit to the page under Check for newer versions of stored pages.
5. Click OK in each of the two options windows.

1. Select Preferences from the View menu.
2. Click on the General tab.
3. Click on Settings under Temporary Internet Files.
4. Select Every visit to the page under Check for newer versions of stored pages.
5. Click OK in each of the two options windows.

4. Select Always under Cache.

1. Select Preferences from the File menu.
2. Select History and Cache.
3. Select Always under Documents in the Check Modified area.
4. Click OK.
1. Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
2. Select Caches and click on Web Pages.
3. Select Check with each access under Check if cached files need to be updated.
4. Click OK.
